Client records and session notes are stored securely using Kiku Practice Management software. Records are encrypted and protected by secure login credentials and two-factor authentication and are only accessible to me.
Website Usage Information
When you visit this website, certain technical information may be collected automatically through Wix and its analytics tools. This may include information such as general location data, pages visited and website usage statistics.
This information is used to help monitor and improve the website and does not normally identify individual visitors.

If you become a client, records are normally retained for seven years after the end of therapy, after which they are securely deleted unless there is a legal, professional or insurance-related reason to retain them for longer.
